About me
Welcome. My name is Sandra Harvey and I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist and
clinical supervisor working in private practice. Alongside this Shropshire practice which I set
up in 1995, I have worked in Further and Higher Education settings in Yorkshire, the
West Midlands and Wales, and then for 13 years in NHS Mental Health services.
Working mainly in Oswestry, I offer daytime or evening appointments. I accept referrals
from individuals, couples, EAPs (Employee Assistance programmes), the NHS and other
specialist agencies.
I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as an Integrative Psychotherapist and I am
an accredited member of EMDR UK & Ireland Association. I am on a voluntary register that has been accredited by
the Professional Standards Authority. The AVR Scheme was set up by the government to improve standards and safety
for the benefit of the public. My accreditation demonstrates my commitment to high professional standards, to
enhancing safety and delivering a better service.
