Counselling or Psychotherapy?

Counselling and Psychotherapy are both "talking therapies" which attempt to help clients make sense of their lives
and resolve the crisis or challenge, but the trainings have different origins and traditions. In general, counselling
tends to focus on specific and current issues and is often short-term. Psychotherapy is a more open-ended exploration
of recurrent or more deep-rooted problems.
