Integrative therapy aims to bring different models, methods and philosophies together in a coherent principled way. My own approach integrates elements of Existential, Systemic and Attachment models. I also incorporate Cognitive-Behavioural and EMDR therapies when appropriate. I practise Mindfulness meditation and can offer you an introduction to the process, which is of general benefit but particularly helpful if you suffer from anxiety, stress, trauma or low mood.
